About Simon
Simon Heath is Chief Strategy Officer at EquiLend, based in London, where he leads the company's strategic growth agenda and partners across the organization to accelerate regional expansion and support continued product innovation. He reports to CEO Rich Grossi. Heath brings more than 25 years of securities finance experience to the role. He joined EquiLend in May 2026 from J.P. Morgan, where he spent nearly eight years, most recently as global head of Agency Securities Finance and, before that, as EMEA head of the business. Earlier in his career, he held senior securities finance and trading roles at State Street and Citi, and began his career at Deutsche Bank. Heath holds an MBA from Durham University and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Manchester.
